I absolutely love Erin Sampson's yoga style! She is really grounded and offers a diverse range of yoga. I especially love the deep stretch classes she does because it works in so well the day after heavy weight workouts. She also has some brilliant power workouts that I love but there really is such diversity. We are huge fans of the quality of yoga she brings to the world and are grateful suppporters of her work.
Erin Sampson teaches Hatha yoga with an emphasis on personalized attention and detailed information regarding all aspects of a well rounded yoga practice. She has been teaching Hatha Yoga for five years and has been practicing various styles of yoga since 2006. Erin is the Owner of Five Parks Yoga Studio
