Mountain Valley Spring Water (process of ozonation).
Acqua Panna Spring Water - Italy
Voss Water - Norway
San Pellegrino - from the Alps\n
RO (reverse osmosis) water - then give the water structure (see below)\n\n5 ways to liven up your aqua
\n\n- Salt - Sea salt, Himalayan salt, high quality rock salt
\n- Lemon - has an anaerobic orbit which spins in the same direction as our digestive track and aids in cleaning our digestive tract. Also provides ions which will charge the water.
\n- Crystal Energy (silica) - which helps with the electrical charge of our blood. Gives your water a nice healthy charge.
\n- MSM (Methyl Sulfonyl Methane) - An organic form of sulphur - adding a mineral compound to your water.
\n- Fresh fruits and or veggies - cucumber slices, sliced berries - you’re adding electrons - full of antioxidants and have electrical potential.
\n
\nTrue power comes from the decisions you make. What choices and actions will you take to quench the thirst within?

\nWhat is your motive for action?
\nWhat is it that drives you in your life today, not what your patterns were 10 years ago?
\n\nEMOTION IS THE FORCE OF LIFE
It shapes all of our actions and the results we create.
\n
\nOur minds are very intelligent and we can play this game in our head but what is really driving us?
\nEffective leaders have the ability to consistently move themselves and others to action because they understand the invisible forces that shape us.
\nWhat makes the difference in the quality of our lives? What makes a difference in our performance?
\nThere are two master lessons in life:
\n\n- The science of achievement. How to take the invisible and make it visible.
\n- The art of fulfilment (which is often rarely mastered). It’s an art - it’s about appreciation and contribution. You can only feel so much by yourself.
\n
\nThe real question is….
\nWhy is it that some people who have been given everything spend their life in despair?
\nThen you meet people that have been through all sorts of psychological, physical abuse, who make a huge impact in the world.
\nWe’re in a mindset that we are our past. Most of society thinks that your biography is your destiny, it is not.
\nDecision is the ultimate power.
\nWe all have reasons and can logically claim a lack of resources as to why we failed while trying to achieve a goal but these are just excuses.
\nEmotions can block the ability to be resourceful. When we are resourceful we tap into creativity, fun, love, caring, determination, curiosity, passion and resolve.
\n\nIf we get the right emotion we can do anything.
\nWith the right emotion (creativity, fun, love, caring, determination, curiosity, passion, playfulness...) you can get through to anyone. It's not about the lack of resources. It's being resourceful. No excuses.
\n
\nDecisions shape our destiny
\nThere are 3 decisions we are making every moment of our lives.
\n\n- What am I going to focus on? When you focus on something you've got to give it a meaning and the meaning produces an emotion.
\n- What does it mean? Is it the end or the beginning? Am I being punished or rewarded?
\n- What are you going to do? Emotion then creates what we are going to do, the action.
\n
\n\nDifferent Decisions = Different Life
\n
\n What decisions have you made in the last 5, 10, 15 years that have changed the direction of quality of your life?
\nIf decision is the force that shapes destiny...
\nThere are two primary patterns: The invisible forces that shape us that we make decisions from
\n\n- Our state - In the moment - our \"state\" - physical and emotional.
\n- Our conditioning - long term - Our model of the world /Word view: the shaper of Meaning, emotion and action.
\n
\n The 6 human needs
\n The first 4 needs are the needs of personality, the last 2 are the needs of the spirit and this is where fulfilment comes.
\n\n- Certainty
\n- Uncertainty / Variety / Surprises you want
\n- Significance - We all need to feel important
\n- Connection and love - most people settle for connection because love is too scary. We need it.
\n- Growth - you must grow. The reason we grow is we have something of value to give.
\n- Contribute beyond ourselves - the secret to living is giving. It's not about me it's about we.
\n
\n\nLife is not about me it's about we
\n
\n When we experience and receive a heartfelt gift, we get excited to contribute ourselves because we know how much that can help others. Everyone matters and counts.
\nIf we all share the same needs, why do we behave so differently?
\n\n- Some needs we value more than others.
\n- Our models of reality and the world are radically different.
\n
\n\nThere are over 6,000 words for human emotion in the English language, most people experience only 12. Half disempowering and have empowering. The quality of our lives is the quality of our emotions.
\nExplore your web. The needs and emotions that are controlling you.
\n
\nAppreciate what is driving other people, it's the only way the world is going to change.

\n
\nOur deepest relationships transform us. And which direction that chemical reaction goes can make all of the difference in the world. You can end up with a beautiful reaction that breathes life into everyone who’s around it, or a not-so-good reaction that can smother everyone in the room. The thing is, we don’t have to sit idly by and just hope that things will mix well together. We can actually uncover which things work great together, and put them into action for ourselves!
\nThere will be nothing that impacts your life more than the quality of your most intimate relationship. Becoming a great “relationship chemist” will bring you more health, happiness, and success than you can even imagine.
\n
\nWe all have these six needs and we need to ask ourselves how we rank them in order. Which one is the big thing that drives you?
\nOur needs change in different stages of our life.
\nIt's not a given that our partners will automatically know what our top need is. It's important to have an open chat about it and identify how you can better grow your relationship through this awareness.
\nWe've all experienced \"You should just know what to do to make me happy.\"
\n\nBe curious like a kid in heart to heart conversation with your partner.
\n
\nHow do you approach an open conversation with your partner without the ego?
\nA lot of people simply aren't willing. They don't like the feeling which plays in them not liking the person.
\nTo grow your relationship requires actions like taking a seminar together, to create building blocks for your relationship. There are lots of great courses, books, podcasts, seminars... i.e. Tony Robbins, John Gray, Marissa Peer, Christie Marie Sheldon...
\n\nRelationships are a blessing for growth. If we see the learnings in our relationship and grow together with our partner, we will only strengthen that partnership even stronger.
\n
\nWe aren't taught relationships. We need to learn from each experience so we can grow from it and don't continually keep playing out the same patterns.
\n Whether we have poor or good models of relationships around us, our growth comes from our relationships. We need to learn to create our own models of relationships that serve us for the highest good of ourselves and those around us.
\nAre you aware of what your partner needs in order to feel loved or fulfilled?
\n\nYou have to be honest with yourself. You cannot be honest with your partner if you cannot be honest with yourself. It's that simple.
\n
\nThe more supported and loved your partner feels they more they are able to lift you up.
\nIt's never about compromising. That's poisonous in a relationship. It's about understanding where the other person is at working that awareness to lift each other up.
\n\nWe often have no model of a perfect relationship but when we meet some and fall in love we expect it to be perfect. The fairytale romance as all childhood stories teach us. The perfect relationship starts with an awareness and understanding of who you are first. It requires a willingness and openness to work, learn and grow with your partner.
\n
\nWhat would be the perfect relationship for you? What character traits and values are you attracted to?
\nThe 5 keys to an amazing relationship
\n1. help them to fulfill their #1 driving force (highest need).
\n2. Never stop dating in your relationship
\nContinue to create special experiences, lots of heartfelt compliments, always acknowledge them, do new things and learn new things together. Create and block out one on one time with each other - listen to and follow inspirational stuff you're both interested in, go to the movies, concerts, special dinners out, little holidays together... anything that creates quality time together.
\n3. Personal Growth
\nYou have to work on yourself. This is mandatory.
\n\nIf there is no enemy within there is no enemy outside of yourself. Happiness is an inside job.
\n
\nMake the time to figure out how you can be better when you're with your partner. This is a great muscle to develop.
\n\nWhen you work on yourself it goes hand in hand with honesty. You get to see a clear picture on where your relationship stands.
\n
\nWhen you're working on yourself and being really honest with yourself, whatever happens externally will be good, will be the best for both parties. Find that inner knowing and let it guide you.
\nThe main point of any relationship is to grow.
\nIf you go down the path of growth and your partner isn't on the same page it's your opportunity to be the example and really bring it. Show what that love looks like. Allow someone else to do the talking for you - email them a podcast or a Youtube clip and have a chat about it. Go to an inspirational event together.
\nIt's important to acknowledge the other person. We feed on that as humans.
\n\nIf you're going to show up and be your best self you have to be healthy, especially if you have kids. You need to have the energy for life.
\n
\n4. Practice the two most important words in a relationship in 'I'm sorry.'
\nOur big suffering is when we want somebody to do what we want them to do versus them being their own sovereign individual.
\nIt's not about who's right but what's right.
\nWe all hold onto 'stuff' but we act like everything is fine, but it's not. This can build up into toxic energy and resentment if not expressed.
\n\nYou need to have clear air in your relationship so you can share your growth and awareness with your partner without projecting onto them. It's taking full responsibility for our own complexity to our emotions and how we respond to different triggered events. Always bring it back to the learns for yourself and not blame your partner, friends, family... it not about the other person.
\n
\nWhat 2 or 3 triggered events have happened recently that you've gained awareness and learnings from that you can share with your partner?
\nThese can also lead to communication with your partner that needs to be said (rather than keeping it bottled up to explode later in another unrelated event).
\nDo you know the root causes of why you react to certain little things?
\nWhen we're in conflict we naturally go to our amygdala, the primitive part of our brain where we are more concerned about self and self-preservation. It's automatic. Remember to look at the bigger picture - are the for me or against me?
\nOften our partners can blame us for their lack of being able to communicate how they feel.
\nJust by saying sorry you create a space to have a conversation.
\n\nHave an intention for fluid flowing energy in the household. We have the choice to have a conversation when we need to. Know that you are worthy of the highest quality of love and that our relationships are our greatest gifts to experience this.
\nAsume best intentions first before the voice in our head gets carried away. Personal growth is your tool to more enriched relationships.
\n
\n5. Turn irritations into admirations
\n\nBe comfortable to seeing what is, as it is.
\n
\nOur ego and mind can trick us to not want to see the truth. See people as they are. Don't try and change people or have expectations of them changing. Accept them as they are.
\n\nRemember to see the lighter side of things with humour, joy and compassion.
\nWhen you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change - Wayne Dyer
\nHow easy it is to forget to be so grateful for having another pair of hands to leave the toothpaste lid off. Always remember to be so grateful for the simple things in your life.
\n
\nOur human nature thrives on relationships. These relationships are the gateway for us to be the best versions of ourselves.

\nWe are wired as humans from our belief system and our bodies follow our brain impulses.
\n\nAccording to Albert Einstein, the most important fundamental thing that we decide is if we live in a friendly or hostile universe.
\n
\nIs the universe conspiring to help you? Do you invite and welcome this help?
\nAre we creating a beautiful garden inside or are we creating a hostile environment within?
\nThe gut and sleep hormone relationship and the neurotransmitters
\nThe human gut is a mass of neuro-tissue (brain tissue). Your brain is not disconnected from the rest of you. There are 30 types of neuro-transmitters just like the brain so it’s doing way more than digestion. The gut is often referred to as the second brain or the enteric nervous systems (your gut lining). It also consists of 100 million neutrons connecting with each other just like our brain.
\nSome of the specific neurotransmitters and hormones
\n#1 Serotonin - a feel good neurotransmitter
\nA lot anti-depressant medication works on improving serotonin pathways.
\n\n90% + of your bodies serotonin is located and produced in your gut.
\n
\nIt’s a precursor to the production of melatonin (the sleep hormone). Melatonin is the hormone that is responsible the quality of sleep so without sufficient production of Serotonin and Melatonin we won’t sleep well.
\nSerotonin is largely responsible for the ebb and flow of our digestion (okay so how do I produce more Serotonin in my body?)
\n#2 Melatonin - the gut has been found to have 400 times more Melatonin than the pineal gland in our brain
\nResearch on the vagus nerve shows that 90% of communication is from the gut to the brain, not the other way around.
\n\nWe have to make sure that we are optimising and taking care of our gut health. This influences our brain and the quality of our sleep in a profound way.
\n
\nTake care of our micro-biome (our internal rainforest).
\n#3 Bacteria - there are trillions of bacteria in your gut continuously communicating with your gut brain
\nIt’s the bacteria in your gut that creates our hormones and our neurotransmitters.
\n\nWe have 10 times more bacteria in our body that we do human cells. We are more bacteria than humans. Are we “bacterians” rather than humans?
\n
\nKeep the good guys, the beneficial flora in right balance.
\nAs our culture has evolved we have lost a lot of healthy bacteria from the foods that we eat. Avoid things that kill our healthy bacteria. Some of these things that damage your gut micro-biome;
\n\n- Chlorinated water (anti-biotoic - anti life - kills all bacteria, good and bad).
\n- Pesticides, fungicides... (the suffix side means to kill) - kills bugs including your bacteria. Invest in organic food.
\n
\nThings that support your micro-biome;
\n\n- Fermented foods and beverages - sauerkraut, kimchi, kombucha, kefir, yoghurts - 5 servings a week.
\n- Probiotic supplement. https://helionformulas.com/model/ Feed the good bacteria the right things.
\n- You need pre-biotics too. Geresulum Artichoke, garlic and onions.
\n
\nResearch has proven that jet lag i.e. lack of sleep and change of timezones directly disrupts our normal bacteria function.
\n\nRegular, good quality sleep is super important in maintaining a healthy gut brain.
\nOur willpower goes down when we haven’t had sufficient rest and our decision making ability gets worse on making healthy decisions. We are setting ourselves up for failure and sabotaging ourselves from thriving. We are just surviving.
\n
\n#4 Good sleep nutrients - these are found in real food
\nVitamin C - if you have less vitamin C in your body research has found you may have more sleep issues. Camu Camu berry has 40 times more vitamin C than oranges. Vitamin C helps with Asthma. Great sources are bell peppers, green leafy vegetables, kiwi fruit, papaya, citrus fruits.
\nCalcium - disturbances in REM sleep are linked to calcium deficiency (use something like the Sleep Cycle App to know if you’re getting good REM sleep). REM sleep is where memory processing takes place. REM sleep, our short term memory, gets disrupted with alcohol.
\nShawn Stevenson\'s definition of milk (if you want to know more visit Shawn\'s website )
\n\nContrary to popular belief it’s not homogenised, pasteurised, hormone laced, bovine growth hormone, antibiotic enriched, puss filled milk. The structure of calcium is denatured when it is heated i.e. when the milk is pasteurised.
\n
\nGreat sources include kale, mustard greens, sardines, sea veggies (kelp, dulce, wakame, nori) and sesame seeds.
\nPotassium - helpful for those having trouble staying asleep.
\nBananas are well marketed as potassium rich but we have to be careful because of the sugar.
\nGreat sources of potassium include green leafy vegetables, potatoes, dulce (quite possible the greatest source of potassium of any food), broccoli, cremini mushrooms and avocados.
\nThe digestive process and the assimilation that goes on during the day and in our sleep
\nDigestion works in accordance with our circadian rhythm. Our body has its own bio-rhythms based of based on hundred’s of thousands of years of evolution which regulates our appetite, metabolism and absorption of nutrients. The speed of your digestion naturally slows down at night. When everything is working and thriving, we get a good nights sleep without the need to go to the bathroom (i.e. poop).
\n\nYour body is wired up and in sync with nature.
\nBright light at night has been found to compress your carbohydrate digestion. Bright light at night when you are eating at night creates malabsorption from the foods you’re eating. This is fuelling the bad bacteria in your gut.
\nGet romantic, candlelit dinners set the mood for sensual parties in your gut and...
\n
\nIn the evening we are not supposed to be exposed to bright lights. This is completely messing up our circadian rhythm.
\nThe blue light just bounces off by wearing these Swannies Blue Light Blocking glasses at night and doesn’t penetrate your eyes.
\nBright natural sunlight during the day improves carbohydrate digestion at night.
\nPay attention to our environment and our timing. Eating a few hours before bed is not about weight lose but is about regulating your hormones and your digestion. If you’re over weight and you eat late at night it will increase your cortisol by 50% which is your stress hormone and will severely impact your gut digestion and your sleep. When cortisol is up melatonin is down.
\n\nTiming is everything - it’s best to eat 2 - 3 hours before you go to bed.
\n
\nWhy put more pressure on your system then it needs?
\nIt’s better to have organic vegetables, good fats and proteins. Eating carbohydrates is fine to eat at dinner but at least 2 - 3 hours before bed and definitely no late night snacking on carbs. The dinner carbs aid in the production of serotonin which helps us sleep better. The better carbs to eat more whole food, real carbohydrates like sweet potatoes, berries, carrots, white rice (brown rice can irritate the bowel), sprouted quinoa, soaked beans.
\nIt’s key to know what works for you. We are all different and all have our own nutritional journey to thrive on.
\nSleeping positions
\nYour sleeping position impacts blood flow to your brain, stability of your spine, hormone production, joint and ligament integrity, oxygen supply to your brain, efficient breathing, heart function and blood pressure and your digestion and cellular metabolism.
\n\n- Sleeping on your back you will have a less likelihood of digestive stress and acid reflux. This can also help with less breakouts, and wrinkles as your facial skin can breath better.
\n- Lying on your stomach is the worst position for heart burn and acid reflux, however, it’s good for snoring.
\n- Sleeping on your side is a quick fix for snoring as you can breath better more so than lying on your back. The left side in particular as been found to ease digestive troubles and heartburn. This is the best way to sleep. To sooth a child\'s upset tummy you can do a gentle tummy massage by rubbing up the left and down the right side.
\n
\n\nFind what works for you because if you’re not sleeping well you\'re not healing.
\n
\nWhat action can you now take to improve the quality of your sleep, your gut rainforest and start to thrive in life?
\n\nBe an example to your friends and family, be awesome and be able to share your gifts at a higher level.
